Join our weekly Yin Yoga class which includes a gentle warm-up, longer held Yin yoga postures, as well as relaxing restorative poses supported by props. This class compliments the usual Flow style we teach in the studio, which gives students a more balanced, well-rounded yoga practice. It is an excellent practice for opening up the connective tissues of the hips and lower back, and it is deeply soothing for the nervous system. It is still an intense class, but in a very different way than what you typically experience in a Flow-style class.
